I did it!

I went into that exam nervous as anything!  I have not actually sat a proper exam since I was 16.  This was so different, it was all done on a laptop, I was expecting this as I had done practice tests online and the upshot of it all was that I passed!  I was able to have my result the same day and I feel so much better getting this one under my belt.  I have 4 more to go before I will be a Level 2 Accounting Technician and I am actually looking forward to them.

Ireland was beautiful, we had a wonderful time and will definitley go back.  The sceneray was gorgeous, the history fascinating and the churches and cathedrals were awe inspiring.  We visited Trim, Navan, Newy, Warrenpoint, The Mourne Mountains, Dublin and Tipperary and it was wonderful fun.  It felt very strange going on holiday without Mum, Dad, Em and the rest of the family but it was lovely just to be us three.  The Irish Sea was kind to us both ways and thanks to my Sea Bands and sickness tablets I was not in the slightest bit ill.

I had K's parents evening last night and I am proud as punch, she is flying in all her subjects and is apparently a pleasure to teach, what mum could ask for more?  Al and I are taking her for dinner on Saturday to celebrate and I am sure she will love it.

Please if you can, give blood in the next few weeks, blood stocks are low and they need new donors.  I am off this afternoon to donate my pint so I hope you can too.

Thank you

It certainly is a small world Pam, Slough is only about 30 miles from me. I am glad you like the quilt, I thought the colours were really bright and cheerful.
